An academic collaboration between the Hellenic Open University and Cadi Ayyad University, one of the largest university institutions in Morocco, with more than 100,000 students, was implemented within the framework of the international ERASMUS + program.
The mobility took place between the Laboratory of Sustainable Management and Technologies with Professor and Dean of the School of Sciences Ioannis Kalavrouziotis and Professor Laila Mandi of the Department of Environmental Sciences at Cadi Ayyad University in Marrakesh.
During the visit to Cadi Ayyad University, the laboratory presented its research work and the two sides discussed the possibilities of cooperation, not only in joint research projects, but also in Postgraduate Programs in the field of water and waste, as Morocco is a country with rich agricultural production, but with significant problems with water resources.
