In the context of the development of new Postgraduate and Doctoral Programs and the establishment of collaborations with Chinese Universities in scientific fields offered by the International Hellenic University, a meeting was held between the Ambassador of China Xiao Junzheng, and the Rector of the International Hellenic University, Mr. Stamatis Angelopoulos, at the University’s headquarters in Thermi.

The meeting was attended by the Educational Attaché Mr. Tian Lei, and the Vice-Rectors of the International Hellenic University, Mr. Kostas Diamantaras and Mr. Panagiotis Tzionas.

During the meeting, the cooperation axes were discussed and the next steps for their implementation were planned. The meeting took place in the framework of the International Hellenic University’s internationalization activities.

It is worth noting that this year there has been a significant increase in the number of applications from foreign students to the English-language Postgraduate Programs of Study of the International University of Greece (already more than 1,000), who come from more than 75 countries, including China.
