The United States is Greece’s leading partner in academic cooperation. Over the past few years, ties between American and Greek universities have solidified, leading to a growing number of joint initiatives in education and research. This virtual forum explores how these partnerships are shaping the many faces of student mobility between the two countries.
The International Academic Partnership Program (IAPP) Greece has been an integral part of the bilateral U.S.-Greece cooperation in the higher education sector. Nearly four years after the inaugural PHAROS Summit, collaboration between Greece and the U.S. has grown significantly through new institutional partnerships, expanded student mobility, joint research, and innovative academic programs.
Organized by SiG and the IIE, this Online Forum will bring together representatives from higher education institutions, government agencies, and educational organizations to reflect on the progress and impact of the U.S.-Greek academic collaboration, highlight successful partnerships and explore future opportunities, and showcase Greece as an educational destination for American students.
Join us for the U.S.-Greece Virtual Academic Forum and explore opportunities for academic collaboration and student mobility between Greece and the United States.
