MSc in “Sustainable Tourism Development: Heritage, Environment, Society” – Call for Applications

We are excited to announce that the Call for Applications is now open for the International Master’s Programme (MSc) in “Sustainable Tourism Development: Heritage, Environment, Society”.

The program is offered by the Departments of Economics and Sustainable Development, Geography, and Informatics and Telematics at Harokopio University of Athens, the Department of Business Administration at the University of the Aegean, and the Institut de Recherche et d’Etudes Supérieures du Tourisme (IREST) of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.

Application Deadline: July 20th, 2025
Program Duration: 12 months (2 academic semesters)
Degrees Awarded:

  1. Master in Tourism from Harokopio University of Athens and the University of the Aegean
  2. Master in Tourism with a focus on “Sustainable Tourism Development” from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University

Lectures are held by professors of Harokopio University of Athens, University of the Aegean and IREST- Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne Universite. All courses are taught in English and are held at Harokopio University of Athens. However, students who are not residents of Greece may request to participate online, provided they submit a well-founded and explicit request.

The program is self-financed, with tuition fees set at €3,900* (payable in three installments, *plus 353 euros directly to Paris 1 University for its annual university registration fees-AUR).
