British Council and Study in Greece join forces to organize an innovative workshop on planning, designing, and implementing international joint, dual and double (JDD) degrees. The event will take place on Monday February 20 in Harokopio University – Athens, and is open to representatives from all Greek universities. The session is aimed at academics and academic managers in Greek higher education institutions (HEIs) who are involved in the process of developing international partnerships. Participants will engage in activities that will allow them to develop a clear understanding of the opportunities and risks of JDD degrees and will have the opportunity to build knowledge around key frameworks, themes and trends within internationalization. The workshop is delivered by two prominent specialists in the field from UK: Vangelis Tsiligiris, Associate Professor at Nottingham Business School and Ophelia Palermo, Principal Lecturer in Management and Assistant Head of International at Nottingham Business School.
The workshop is organized in the framework of UK-Greece Strategic Partnership in Education – a program initiated by the British Council and delivered in partnership with the Hellenic Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs, the British Embassy in Athens and Study in Greece, focusing on the promotion of academic collaboration between UK and Greek higher education institutions.
See you all on Monday 20/2 in Harokopio!
