Eleni is a Professor in the Department of Animal Science, Γεωπονικό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών – Agricultural University of Athens -Official. She is also a Vice Rector of European University, Internationalization and Student Affairs. Her areas of expertise are Hydrobiology and Aquaculture.
