Department of Academic Affairs
This position supports the promotion of international study programs of Greek universities, as well as the building of international academic partnerships and the development of joint academic initiatives between Greek and international universities.
Job Description:
The Assistant Director will report directly to the Director of Academic Affairs, working closely to cultivate meaningful collaborations and facilitate seamless communication between Greek and international higher education institutions. Responsibilities include advocating for SiG’s needs with both Greek and foreign universities and departments, as well as partnering with international organizations, foreign embassies in Greece, and Greek diplomatic missions abroad to foster collaborations and ensure compliance with relevant policies and best practices in Greek higher education. Furthermore, the Assistant Director will be tasked with developing a comprehensive long-term strategy to address evolving needs within the Greek and global higher education landscape.
