University of Thessaly Professor Elpiniki Papageorgiou ranks 1st in Microsoft Academic Research

A great distinction was recorded by the Professor of the University of Thessaly Mrs. Elpiniki Papageorgiou since she was ranked first in the world by Microsoft Academic Search in the subject of Fuzzy Cognitive Maps.

Mrs. Papageorgiou is currently the President of the new Department of Energy Systems of the University of Thessaly (www.energy.uth.gr)

Her research work focuses on artificial intelligence and the development of intelligent systems, and new models with applications in critical areas such as energy, environment, industry and medicine.
