The NKUA is announcing the 2022 THYESPA Scholarships

The National and Kapodistrian University of Athens is organizing, for its thirty-fifth consecutive year (excepting for 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic), the Summer Course in Modern Greek Studies (THYESPA).

The course is aimed at students and teachers of departments of Modern Greek Studies at foreign universities and has a duration of 6 weeks, from the 6th of June until the 14th of July 2022 and includes the following subjects: Modern Greek Language, Modern Greek Literature, Modern Greek History and Modern Greek Art.

Within the framework of the course various educational activities and visits are organized (Greek Parliament, Museums, archeological sites etc) for more in-depth and fuller knowledge of Greek civilization.

From the start of the course more than 6.460 students, 443 universities from 78 countries have taken part.

The registration period is from the 18th until the 30th of April 2022.

Haslam University of Tennessee visits the Athens University of Economics and Business
