Creative and manipulative, source of perception and/or instrument of deception, language and its use impacts the way humans think, feel and behave, shaping the sociocultural and political environment.
Considering language’s significant role in our personal and social life, the Associate Professor of Linguistics and Greek Language at the University of Ioannina and Associate in Linguistics at the Center for Hellenic Studies of Harvard University Nikoletta Tsitsanoudis – Mallidis will deliver a speech on “The Greek Language Face to Face with the Successive Crises over the Last Twelve Years.”
The event is organized by The Circle of Hellenic Academics in Boston, and will take place on Dec. 12 at 8 p.m. (Greek time).
