The Department of Medicine of School of Health Sciences of the University of Ioannina, in collaboration with the Department of Biological Applications and Technology of School of Health Sciences of the University of Ioannina, the Department of Chemistry of School of Sciences of the University of Ioannina and the Institute of Biomedical Research of the Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas (FORTH) announces Call for applications for the Interinstitutional Interdepartmental Program of Postgraduate Studies (I.I.P.P.S.) in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Biotechnology. The program spans three academic semesters (90 ECTS) and leads to Diploma of Postgraduate Studies in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Biotechnology (Master’s Degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Biotechnology).

The postgraduate program includes one semester with lesson courses and two semesters when the student affiliates with a Host Research Lab for their research project master’s thesis (FEK 1254/τ.Β΄/06-03-2023).

Attendance of the program is free of enrollment charges or tuition charges.

Applications for the cycle of studies beginning in academic year 2024-2025 are submitted from 01-06-2024 to 10-09-2024. Candidacies will be evaluated with examination of the submission folder and an interview process. The evaluation is expected to be completed until 16-09-2024 and the program is expected to start at 14-10-2024.
