Research.com recently presented a new global ranking with leading scientists – researchers from all over the world in the following 3 disciplines: (1) Business Administration, (2) Computer Science, (3) Economics & Finance.
Konstantinos Zopounidis, Professor at the Technical University of Crete and Distinguished Research Professor at Audencia Business School, was ranked 1st in Greece (287th in the world ranking) out of the 3 professors from Greek universities included in the world ranking in Business Administration. It was also ranked 4th in Greece (1121th in the world ranking) by the total of 57 professors from Greek universities who were included in the world ranking in the field of Computer Science.
Another professor of the Technical University of Crete, Minos Garofalakis ranked in 6th place in Greece and 1419th place in the world for Computer Science.
Finally, in the list for the subject of Economics & Finance, the former professor of the Technical University of Crete, Fotis Passiouras, was included. Mr. Passiouras, who is continuing his academic career at Montpellier Business School (France) as a Professor of Banking & Finance, ranked 17th in France and 999th in the world.
