Hellenic Mediterranean University is part of the ATHENA European University – Extroversion actions and alliances

It is the only ex-Greek Applied Sciences University (known as Technological Educational Institutes) that succeeded in being part of a European University Alliance. This was managed thanks to its focus on excellence in education, internationalization, and research for many years.
