Global distinction for the students of the Robotics Club of the University of Patras who won the 3rd place in the World Competition INTERNATIONAL STUDENT DESIGN COMPETITION 2021, #PCBeTheChange, the final of which took place on December 17, 2021.
The Innovation for Environmental Change #PCBeTheChange competition is the result of a collaboration between Altium (Upverter Education), IPC Education Foundation and Arduino to involve, educate and enhance students’ PCB design skills to meet the most demanding environmental challenges in the world.
88 teams from 17 countries participated in the competition, while in the final 5 the Robotics Club had to compete with teams from universities such as: Curtin University (Perth Australia), University of San Diego (CA), Triton College (Illinois).
It is worth noting that Altium, recognizing the international impact and experience of the members-students of the Robotics Club, recently proceeded in collaboration for the purpose of educational and developmental evaluation of its products.
