On the occasion of the celebration of the International Education Day and the bicentennial of the 1821 Greek Revolution, the General Secretariat of Higher Education of the Hellenic Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs and the General Secretariat of Public Diplomacy and Greeks Abroad of the Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs, organize on Sunday, January 24 2021, at 14:30, the online conference: “Reinforcing bridges between Greek Universities and the Greek Diaspora”

The conference will highlight the initiatives of the Greek Universities in education, research and innovation, and seek to strengthen the bond between the Greek Diaspora and the higher education institutions in Greece, enabling students of Greek origin to act both as beneficiaries and as ambassadors abroad.

Greek government and university representatives, prominent Greeks of the Diaspora who are graduates of Greek universities, as well as representatives of Greek organizations abroad, will present the opportunities offered to Greeks abroad in the field of Higher Education in Greece.
