In order to enhance the mutual understanding and friendship between the Chinese people and the peoples of other countries in the world, and to develop exchanges and cooperation between China and other countries in the world, especially to train excellent talents in the transportation industry for the countries along the “Belt and Road”, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Transport under the framework of the Chinese Government’s “Silk Road” Scholarship, cooperated to set up this Chinese Government Transportation Scholarship Project.
